• Working to lead a department in order to maximize sales and reduce loss through actively working on shop floor. Also to develop a highly motivated team by acting as a in charge in absence of store manager.
• Maintaining highest possible standards of merchandising , housekeeping and recovery.
• Communicating stock issues to Store Manager.
• Ensuring all areas of store are maintained and replenished correctly at all times.
• Assist with planning of activities concerning advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Work closely with VM team to enhance store appearance.
• Ensuring associates are well aware of stock loss issues.
• Constantly assess performance and give timely feedback .
